Randy serves as head of product management for small cells within Nokia. He is responsible for the strategy, product portfolio and driving business development for small cells. In this role, he works closely with Nokia customers and regional teams around the world to ensure the product portfolio meets our customers’ needs and enables new business with small cell technology.
Prior to leading the Small cell product management team, Randy’s product management responsibilities included leading 4G Business development globally for both Nokia Networks and previously at Motorola Networks prior to the acquisition by Nokia Siemens Networks in 2011. Before this, he served as Director, CDMA Program Management Office for the Motorola CDMA Systems Division. Prior to joining Motorola, he was part of the development team at Tellabs Inc.
Randy has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and throughout his career has held various leadership roles, including software development, system integration, program management, business development and product management.
Randy earned a BSEE from Marquette University.
